Do we keep our numbers?
Yes. We move your numbers to VLine and handle the whole switch, and guests call the same numbers as today.
When can we switch?
You can switch when your current contract ends. Get in touch in good time and we plan the switch together.
What does VLine Hotel cost?
1 995 SEK/month for up to 59 rooms, 2 995 SEK/month for 60 to 100 rooms and 4 995 SEK/month for 101 rooms or more. Onboarding 9 995 SEK and 4 months' notice, excluding VAT.
Can we keep our room phones?
Yes. VLine Hotel is the line for reception and guests. Your room phones can stay exactly as they are.
We want to keep our phone system. Can we still get the AI?
Yes. VLine AI is available on its own. You forward your number when you can't answer. Your numbers and phone system stay as they are.
Where is data handled?
Our databases and servers are in the EU. The phone AI and the call recordings are handled by sub-processors in the USA. Every sub-processor is listed in the data processing agreement.
