    What counts as a room?

    For VLine AI, only guest rooms count, minimum 20. For VLine Hotel, rooms means guest rooms and conference rooms combined.

    What if we use more AI minutes than are included?

    Both offers include 10 AI minutes per room per month, then 3.95 SEK/min. A hotel with 60 rooms gets 600 minutes a month.

    What does it cost to get started?

    VLine AI has no setup fee. For VLine Hotel, onboarding is 9 995 SEK: we move your numbers, set up the switchboard and connect your booking system.

    Do we keep our phone numbers?

    Yes. With VLine AI you forward your number when you can't answer, with VLine Hotel we move your numbers to VLine and handle the whole switch.

    Can we start with just the switchboard?

    Yes, with VLine Switchboard: 595 SEK/month per hotel and 2 499 SEK onboarding, without AI or a booking-system connection. Same extras as VLine Hotel. You can move to VLine Hotel whenever you like.
