How we count

  • VLine AI costs 69 SEK per guest room per month. With fewer than 20 guest rooms you pay for 20. Conference rooms don't count.
  • Rooms 101 and up cost 35 SEK each. The first 100 rooms always cost 69 SEK.
  • VLine AI never costs more a month than VLine Hotel for the same number of rooms: 1 995 SEK up to 59 rooms, 2 995 SEK 60 to 100 rooms, 4 995 SEK 101 rooms or more.
  • All prices exclude VAT.

For VLine AI, only guest rooms count, minimum 20. All prices exclude VAT.

How do we connect the AI?

With call forwarding: calls go to VLine AI when nobody answers, or when reception has closed. We help you with the setting.

Do we keep our numbers and our phone system?

Yes. You forward your number when you can't answer. Your numbers and phone system stay as they are.

Can the AI book rooms?

Once it is connected to your booking system it checks availability and prices while the guest stays on the line, and can book new rooms. Changes and cancellations stay with reception.

What does VLine AI cost?

69 SEK per guest room per month, at least 20 guest rooms, and 35 SEK for rooms 101 and up. 10 AI minutes per room per month, then 3.95 SEK/min, no setup fee, monthly, no lock-in.

Does the AI replace reception?

No. The AI doesn't make reception redundant. It takes what would otherwise be left waiting, so you have time for the guests in front of the desk.

Where is data handled?

Our databases and servers are in the EU. The phone AI and the call recordings are handled by sub-processors in the USA. Every sub-processor is listed in the data processing agreement.
